Now with a new, more compact and stylish base you can bring the ultimate outdoor chair into your home.
The Groove comes in 3 versions - GROOVE Front Wheel Drive - GROOVE Rear Wheel Drive - GROOVE Mid Wheel Drive.
The GROOVE Front Wheel Drive and Rear Wheel Drive:
For outstanding outdoor performance the Groove Front Wheel Drive and Rear Wheel Drive with 2-form suspension is the ideal choice. This new drive base with a sleek design now provides a new lower seat height of 17", with or without Electric high low or Electric tilt providing greater access indoors and into vehicles. The Groove Front wheel drive and Rear wheel drive rides easily over varied terrain and provides greater stability and comfort over other powered products. The Groove boasts an impressive 28 stone maximum user weight which is testimate to its quality and durability.
The GROOVE Mid Wheel Drive:
The Quickie Groove M is the ultimate mid-wheel-drive powered wheelchair offering the best of both worlds, with unrivalled manoeuvrability for indoor use and excellent outdoor performance. Featuring advanced 6-Form Suspension, the Groove smoothly traverses rough terrain using independent wheel-suspension, climbs up to 3" curbs, and maintains a balanced profile when turning at high speeds. In short, the Groove redefines the mid-wheel-drive experience.
The Groove offers a huge choice of seating options one of them being the Perfect Fit Seating System which offers an amazing 7" of backrest-width adjustment and 5" of seat-width adjustment and both the seat and backrest adjust independently, providing an ideal solution for users who are disproportionately wide in the hips or in the shoulders, making the Perfect Fit seating system an industry leader. Another advantage of this seating option is that it offers a high level of posture management.
For some users, transferring in and out of a powered wheelchair to a car or van seat can be difficult and time consuming. This is why The Quickie Groove features an optional transit tie-down system which is available during your initial order.
There are many additional options which are available, for example there are so many seating options that there will definatly be one to suit every user.
