The Alex comes in two versions - ALEX Indoor / Outdoor and the ALEX Outdoor / Indoor
ALEX Indoor / Outdoor has been constructed for use in and around the house, with small wheels and extra compact measurements, making the Alex highly manoeuvrable and user friendly.
ALEX Outdoor / Indoor is made with larger wheels for outdoor use and has a higher maximum speed.
For many people using a powered wheelchair, comfort and manoeuvrability is an absolute must, particularly when it is used intensively outside the home. The Alex is available in Front or Rear Wheel Drive for total flexibility. The key characteristic is its unique, independent suspension system, which absorbs not only heavy bumps, but even the smallest vibrations. Because of this The Alex is ideal for individuals who suffer from persistent pain. The individually adjustable Sedeo seating system provides maximum physical support, comfort and safety and is fully adjustable, as are the armrests and leg supports. The Alex has a high maximum speed and a choice of battery sizes to achieve a huge range. Due to its modular design the Alex can be fully adjusted to the specific requirements of the user. The Alex is a smart and modern looking chair with the added benefit of choice of colour accents so you can personalise your chair.
There are many additional options available which can be added, for example puncture proof tyres for peace of mind and the Electric High Low facility which will offer the maximum independence to the user indoors and out.
